Plan Legend / Wiring Rule

Each 24V label on the reflected ceiling plan identifies a controlled low-voltage tape-light zone/output, not a 120V branch circuit.
Plan Label Meaning Required Connection
1-24 2-24 3-24 Separate 24V tape-light control zones Mean Well SDR-480-24 DIN 24V power supply to Phoenix Contact 3036505 fused terminal, then Shelly Pro RGBWW PM, then tape zone.
120V Line-voltage feed to driver location 120V circuit feeds accessible 24V DIN power supplies only.
1-120 Shared 120V utility/motion lighting circuit Use one 120V lighting feed for the miscellaneous utility fixtures; local motion sensors are acceptable.
3-120 Single remaining 120V label in latest DWFx Use only where a separate 120V controlled feed is intentionally required; otherwise use the Panel 3 utility 20A lighting circuit.
4-120 5-120 Not present in latest DWFx Do not carry these as separate circuits. Latest DWFx text shows 1-120 and 3-120 only.
Shelly Shelly Pro RGBWW PM smart PWM controller Install downstream of the Phoenix Contact 3036505 fused 24V output and upstream of tape light.
120V Shelly Only for separately controlled 120V loads Loads may share the same 120V branch circuit, but independent app/control switching requires separate Shelly relay channels/modules.
Cat5e Control/keypad cable only Home run from switch/keypad/control points to low-voltage cabinet.
Typical path: 120V panel circuit -> Mean Well SDR-480-24 DIN 24V power supply -> Phoenix Contact 3036505 fused terminal -> Shelly Pro RGBWW PM -> tape/channel zone.

Exact 24V Driver / Fuse / Shelly Output Schedule

Each row is one actual output path in order. The Mean Well SDR-480-24 is the shared DIN-rail 24V transformer/power supply. The Phoenix Contact 3036505 terminal is the fused 24V output. The Shelly Pro RGBWW PM module is downstream of that fuse and controls the tape zone. This is not one Mean Well DIN supply per Shelly.

Required conductor labels: LVP-# / PS-# / F-# / SH-# / U-# or L-#. Do not split a tape area across a different low-voltage panel unless this schedule is revised. Breaker panels are not DIN rail. DIN rail mounting is inside LVP and BC cabinets.
Install basis: each breaker-panel area has a matching low-voltage panel. LVP-1 serves Panel 1 areas, LVP-2 serves Panel 2 areas, LVP-3 serves Panel 3 areas, and LVP-4 serves Panel 4 areas. Each LVP contains its own Mean Well SDR-480-24 supplies, Phoenix fused 24V outputs, Shelly Pro RGBWW PM modules, output terminals, DIN rails, wire duct, and labels.
Sizing rule: breaker-space count is based on the current circuit schedules plus a deliberate spare allowance; amp rating is based on the feeder/load design for each panel. Do not add the four panel main ratings together as the actual building load. Current design basis: Panel 1 remains a 300A Square D NQ panelboard. Panels 2, 3, and 4 are reduced to purchasable 125A Square D QO 20-space load centers because the current schedules do not need 30-space NQ cabinets.
Mounting clarification: the four house breaker panels are normal breaker panelboards with breakers mounted on the panelboard bus, not DIN rail. The four matching low-voltage panels are DIN rail cabinets: Mean Well SDR supplies, Phoenix fuse terminals, Shelly Pro RGBWW PM controllers, distribution terminals, and output terminals mount on NS35 DIN rails with wire duct and back panels.

Keep shade power/control separate from the 24V tape-light driver banks.BC-1: nVent Hoffman A24N206LP cabinet with A24N20MP back panel, Somfy RS485/IP shade controller, RS485 terminals, shade power/control terminals, and motor terminations M-01 through M-11.11 shade motors: 4.89A / 586.8W at 120V. Approx. service-equivalent basis: 2.45A at 240V.BC-1 is the blinds/shades control cabinet only. Do not place tape-light 24V supplies, Shelly RGBWW modules, or tape-light fuses in BC-1.
LAN / Homey ServerProvide one UPS-backed 120V receptacle in the low-voltage rack for the server/network equipment. Keep rack power on the control/network circuit, not on a random general receptacle circuit.Homey self-hosted server runs in Docker on the rack server. Shelly Pro RGBWW PM modules use wired Ethernet where practical; the Somfy/BC-1 interface, PoE touch screens, and Wi-Fi APs land on the same control LAN.LAN device basis: 24 x Shelly modules, 12 x PoE touch screens, 9 x Wi-Fi AP drops, 1 x Homey server, 1 x Somfy/BC-1 interface, 1 x router/uplink, plus spares. Use a 48-port switch, not a 24-port switch.Do not daisy-chain Ethernet between Shelly modules unless an Ethernet switch is installed at that cabinet. Preferred install is labeled Cat6 from patch panel/switch to each LAN device or to a local LVP DIN Ethernet switch if conduit count is limited. Cameras/NVR are excluded from this scope and will be handled in the AV/security package.
Smart Smoke / COUse normal 120V interconnected smoke/CO rough-in circuit wiring required by code. Smart reporting is wireless and does not need Cat6 to each alarm.First Alert SC5 hardwired smart smoke/CO alarm basis, with room/location labels configured in the app. Homey may monitor notifications/integration where supported.12 x smart smoke/CO alarm allowance at 120V with battery backup. Homey/app status is supplemental monitoring only; listed alarms remain the life-safety system.
These briefs document the lighting/control panel areas for installation. They are not the whole-house service load calculation; the service calculation still needs HVAC, appliances, water heating, cooking, receptacle demand, ADU/garage loads, exterior equipment, and any load-management assumptions.
